Sara graduated from California Lutheran University with a B.S. in Exercise Science & Sports Medicine with emphasis in Human Performance and Physical Therapy. She worked as an aide for a physical therapist for a few years before attending California State University where she received her prosthetic degree. She completed her prosthetic residency in Knoxville, TN. Sara has worked in many settings over the years and loves getting to help her patients. She recently relocated to Shreveport from Portland, OR and is happy to be back in the South.
Office Manager/Patient Care Coordinator
Linnae graduated from The University of Mississippi in 2007 with a Managerial Finance degree. She worked for a Financial Planning firm out of Nashville for a few years before she moved to Dallas to work for a world renown author/speaker at Going Beyond Ministries. Several years later she was introduced to her now husband and moved to Shreveport in 2014 after they got married. She started working for Shreveport Prosthetics as a Patient Coordinator and loves being a part of this team. When she isn't working, she is enjoying time with her husband and son. She and her husband also spend much of their free time volunteering with Young Life at Byrd High School.

Lauren Swift Holland
Patient Care Coordinator
Lauren is from Beaumont, Texas and moved to Shreveport in 2009 after receiving a softball scholarship from Centenary College of Louisiana where she later graduated with a degree in Business Management and Economics. She worked for the local CBS News affiliate until 2016 when she made an exciting career change as a Patient Coordinator with Shreveport Prosthetics. Lauren feels as though she’s found her passion in helping our patients achieve their goals while maintaining close personal relationships along the way. In her free time, she enjoys live music, volunteering with multiple non-profits, and spending time traveling with her husband, Carlton

Sandi was born and raised in North Louisiana and still calls it home. She started working in the Medical field in 2004 as an Administrative Assistant. She loves to help others and watch them succeed and obtain their goals, which fits our team perfectly. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son. Sandi and her husband volunteer for several local organizations and spend a lot of their extra time giving back to their community.
